This Privacy Policy describes how Unity Broking ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information. Unity Broking is a real estate brokerage platform (web and mobile app), developed and operated by Zelo (ZeloAgent Properties LLP).

1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers three groups of people: (a) our own staff, (b) independent real estate brokers who install the Unity Broking app and use it to manage their own leads and property listings, and (c) prospective tenants/buyers ("leads") and property owners, who never install or log in to the app — they interact with brokers using Unity Broking through WhatsApp messages and calls, and by viewing property listings shared with them as web links.

2. Information we collect

• App user accounts (staff and independent brokers): name, email address, phone number, and role.
• Lead information: name, phone number, email, budget, preferred locations and property configurations, notes, and communication history, entered by the broker managing that lead.
• Property and owner information: property details, address, photos, and owner or sourcing-agent contact details.
• WhatsApp messages and calls: when a broker messages or calls a lead or owner through WhatsApp, we store the message content, delivery status, and call metadata (timestamps, duration) as a record of that conversation.
• Activity logs: a record of actions taken in the app (e.g. lead status changes) for accountability.

3. How we use this information

We use this information to operate the brokerage platform: matching leads with properties, letting brokers communicate with leads and property owners, coordinating between brokers, and maintaining records of these interactions. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. WhatsApp calling

Before a broker calls a lead through WhatsApp, we ask for their permission via a WhatsApp message. A lead can decline or revoke this permission at any time — either by declining the request, or through WhatsApp's own Business Calling Permission settings in their chat with us.

5. Third-party services

We rely on the following service providers to operate Unity Broking:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform— sending and receiving WhatsApp messages and calls. Message and call data passes through Meta's systems and is subject to WhatsApp's Business Policy.
• Vercel — hosting for the Unity Broking web application.
• Expo / EAS — build and distribution infrastructure for the Unity Broking mobile app.

6. Data retention

We retain lead, property, and communication records for as long as needed for these business purposes, or until deletion is requested as described below.

If you are a lead or property owner and want to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.

8. Security

Access to the app requires an authenticated user account, and data access is restricted by role. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

9. Children's privacy

Unity Broking is a business platform for real estate brokers and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
